Step3Sim provides a web-based exam simulation platform for USMLE Step 3 preparation. The service includes multiple-choice questions and computer-based case simulations.

3. Medical Disclaimer

This platform is for educational purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must be a medical professional or medical student to use this service.

5. Payment and Refunds

Subscription fees are charged at the time of purchase. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase. The Guarantee plan includes a pass-or-refund policy subject to completion requirements.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, including questions, cases, and interface design, is the property of Step3Sim. You may not reproduce, distribute, or share any content from the platform.

7. No HIPAA Scope

No real patient data is used. All cases are fictional and created for educational purposes.

8. Limitation of Liability

Step3Sim is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of the service, including but not limited to exam results or career outcomes.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
